All customers on a BizIT Service plan will receive a 15% discount from our standard services rate.
Customers with a BizIT Enterprise Service plan receive unlimited phone and onsite support during normal business hours. Normal Business Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, excluding certain holidays (generally New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve). After hours and holiday service are available on an “On Call” basis.
CFTS will act as your agent and go-between with your software vendors, hardware vendors, copier vendors, telephony and phone system vendors, and internet service providers. Simply open a support ticket with us and we’ll deal with them for you.
