8/22/2011 Lakeland, FL – Central Florida Technology Solutions launches new free computer monitoring service for small businesses today. The service, offered to businesses with 1 to 100 computers was developed based on CFTS’s strong experience managing small business networks.
“Not every business needs the level of monitoring and proactive management that we offer to our clients,” said Bobby Kuzma, President and CEO of Central Florida Technology Solutions. “What we wanted to do was give small business owners a view into the guts of their computers and networks, so that they can be aware of any lurking problems and deal with them before costly downtime results.”
The ITworks Free Edition monitoring service detects over 100 conditions that can lead to costly downtime, and notifies a designated person inside the company. That person can request that CFTS resolve the issue by replying to the email.
